We try hard to dispatch all orders on the day of receipt, orders received before 2:00pm will almost certainly be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability). If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this. Orders after 2:00pm will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will ship on Monday.
Most of our Ink products are supplied direct from stock and will be delivered by second class mail. The Post Office aims to deliver 93.8% within 2 days (Monday - Saturday).
Most of our Toner products are supplied from various locations and will be delivered by next working day courier. Other delivery options may be available when you order. All orders for Toners before 2:00pm will be shipped for delivery the the next working day.
We always inform you via e-mail when your order has been dispatched. If goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within twelve working days you should contact us. From our experience we have found that over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
